Shipping

  • If you order less than $80 we charge $10 for shipping.  

  • If you order more than $80 you get free shipping!  

  • We use USPS Priority Mail. We do not use any other services.  

  • We only sell to and ship to US addresses with one exception:  Washington State

  • Washington State Residents - ask your local retailer to order Crossfire Cigars for you.  We can ship cigars wholesale to local retailers who can then sell them to you.  

How will you pack and ship my cigars?

We provide the best possible service when it comes to storing, packing and shipping cigars to you. All of our cigars are stored in a temperature and humidity controlled humidor.

From the time they arrive at our door until we hand them to the shipping department they are in a climate-controlled environment.  We carefully pack each item with packing material to prevent damage.  We always pack sampler cigars in a sealed plastic bag and include a Boveda Humidification packet to ensure they hold their proper humidity during shipment.

How do I find out the status of my order?

Click on "Log In" at the top right of the page.  Click on "My Orders" and you will be able to view your order status and track its shipping progress.  All Tracking Numbers are emailed to our customers so you can easily track the status of your order.  If there are any issues please click on the Contact Us page and let us know.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

We make every effort to ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged, you must immediately contact our customer service department at info@crossfirecigars.com for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Please note, any damaged material must be fully un-smoked and as sent.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

We want you to be happy with Crossfire Cigars.  So if you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receiving them.  We will work with you to return the unsmoked cigars and either give you a refund, replacement or credit toward a future order.  ALL returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Common Sense Regarding Returns

  • If you are new to cigar smoking and not really sure if you like cigars, we encourage you to go to a local store or lounge and try them out.  We prefer to sell cigars to people who actually like cigars. Please don't ask us to refund your order because you just don't like cigars.  ;-)

  • Cigars must be stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment.  Put them in your humidor right away.  If you ignore this, the cigars can become too dried out or too moist and you could experience multiple problems while smoking them.  If you want to return cigars, please ask yourself "Did I store the cigars in a temperature and humidity controlled environment?" If the answer is "No" then please understand, you are asking us to bear the burden of your lack of care for the cigars.  

  • Every cigar is unique because it comes from a living plant.  It is constructed by hand by an artist.  Our cigars are not machine made.  There will be slight variations in composition and construction.  However if you experience problems with the quality or construction like the wrapper coming apart, or the wrapper is cracked and split, or other issues, let us know and we'll make it right.
